Scores 0-39 (green) = 'Likely Authentic' with no red flags detected. Scores 40-69 (yellow) = 'Suspicious' and requires manual review. Scores 70-100 (red) = 'Likely Fake' with significant manipulation indicators. Each score includes detailed findings explaining exactly why we flagged the document, plus actionable next steps.

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock more checks and advanced features. If you decide to downgrade, your Pro benefits remain until the end of your billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Absolutely. Security is paramount at TrueDoc. All uploads use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Documents are processed in isolated environments, and we never use your files to train our AI models. Free tier automatically deletes files after 24 hours. We never share or sell your data—ever.

Free users: Files auto-delete after 24 hours. Pro users: You choose your retention period—7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. After deletion, files are fully erased from all backups within 7 days. You can also manually delete any check from your History at any time.
